Senior Sales
Position Summary: The Senior Sales will be responsible for driving sales and closing deals with new and existing customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and securing new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in the relay or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Customer Engagement:
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
- Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Follow up with customers to finalize agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the relay or electronic components industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in technical sales and understanding of electronic components is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
